Unsaid Puberty

This course is designed to provide knowledge for parents having preteen kids {aged between 7 to 13 years} regarding how to talk to children about the bodily changes that happen during puberty

Duration - 2 Days

Program Cost - Rs. 1000 /-

Why Should You Attend this Course?

Every child, {both boys and girls } should be aware of the bodily changes that occur as they get closer to puberty. It is the responsibility of parents to educate their children about the specific changes that occur during puberty.

As parents, we should give them enough space to express themselves freely to us when they have puberty-related concerns. They should understand that discussing these things with parents is acceptable and is the right way to clarify their concerns.

Because in today’s modern world, children can easily access the internet to clear their doubts, and searching for these things would eventually lead them down the wrong path. Also, inadequate knowledge of bodily changes like pubic hairs, menstrual bleeding, pimples, etc., can cause some children to feel stressed and anxious, eventually affecting their academic performance and mental health.

If your child is a preteen, it is time to educate them about these sensitive things.

After attending the course, if parents want me {the counselor}, to talk to their kids, then that would also be arranged accordingly. However, the session will be taken separately for girls and boys, as their educational needs differ.

How to reduce screen time?

This course will assist parents in limiting their children’s screen time and engaging them in more physical and intellectual activities. If needed, this session will also be arranged for kids.

Duration - 2 Days

Program Cost - Rs. 1000 /-

Why should you attend this course?

Children adapted to spending more time in front of screens during the covid period. They became accustomed to playing mobile, laptop, or iPad games, taking online classes, watching videos or movies, and so on. Slowly, these activities with more screen time became part of their daily routine. But, alas, increased screen time harms not only their eyes but also their minds. It will also gradually affect their listening skill. Therefore, as parents, we should change their habit of spending more time on games within their 13-14 years. Otherwise, children will become addicted, making it more challenging to change them. So, this course will give guidance on how to limit kids’ screen time and get them involved in other activities.
